The biggest challenges to exercising regularly and keeping a healthy diet are just staying consistent. We are all busy these days and sometimes it seems hard to find time to work out. As far as the diet goes, fast food is the worst food for you but at times you just want to go through the drive through. Sometimes it’s hard to find energy to work out or cook after a long day. I think that in the future, the challenges will only grow greater. Starting a career, getting married, having children any and all of those things are time consuming but is still very important to find time to exercise and eat healthy because you feel so much better and also relieve stress.
Yes, I do agree it is easy and quick to fall into some negative patterns, and much more difficult to get out of. Establishing patterns of good diet and exercise are worth the efforts, because they positively impact all other areas. One thing I try to do is avoid fast food, so many of my children's friends eat fast food 3-4 times per week.

I do agree that fast food is probably the worst edible food available, and so affordable that everyone can have a big mac anytime. Eating too much fast food is also not good for ones health. A video documentary “supersize me” clearly illustrates that point. Healthy eating and maintaining a balanced diet is a challenge, but not impossible. All that is required is our self-confidence and effort toward healthy lifestyle.
